Matt Ide, Research Manager

Matt set up Hands on Research in May 2007 after 7 years as a prospect researcher for various charities. His aim is to make prospect research more accessible to charities who perhaps can't afford to employ one full-time. Matt is also the Director of fResource, the hugely popular global fundraising resources website, and is on the Researchers in Fundraising (RiF) Group committee.

James Lewis, Researcher

With a Masters degree is development research, James has spent the past 6 years working and teaching overseas in Bangladesh and China. Now back in England, James utilises his fundraising experience abroad to conduct much of our overseas prospect research. He also continues his passion for education, training others to become TEFL teachers.
